Failure to make required payments on time may result in:

Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, third-party fees, or other costs will be communicated as applicable.
4. Project Scope and Changes
The project scope will be based on the requirements agreed between the client and Digiweb Solution.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may involve additional charges or an extension of the project timeline.
Where a significant change is requested, the revised scope, pricing, and timeline may be communicated to the client for approval before the additional work begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, approvals, credentials, access, branding materials, and other resources reasonably required to complete the project.
Delays in providing required information, approvals, or feedback may affect the project timeline.
Digiweb Solution will not be responsible for delays caused primarily by the client’s failure to provide required materials, information, decisions, or approvals.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digiweb Solution retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including proprietary tools, frameworks, reusable code, methodologies, processes, templates, know-how, and other materials developed independently of a specific client project.
Subject to full payment of all applicable amounts, ownership or usage rights for specifically commissioned project deliverables will be handled according to the applicable project agreement or written terms.
Third-party software, plugins, APIs, libraries, fonts, stock images, themes, or other materials remain subject to the respective third-party licenses and terms.
7. Confidentiality
Both Digiweb Solution and the client agree to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information exchanged during a project or business relationship.
Confidential information may include business information, project information, technical information, credentials, customer information, pricing, strategies, and other information that is reasonably understood to be confidential.
Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary for legitimate service delivery through authorized service providers.
8. Third-Party Services and Platforms
Projects may involve third-party services, platforms, software, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, advertising platforms, or other external technologies.
While Digiweb Solution may assist with integration or configuration, we do not control third-party services and therefore cannot guarantee their continuous availability, pricing, policies, functionality, security, or performance.
Changes, interruptions, restrictions, or failures affecting third-party services may affect the functionality or availability of related project features.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digiweb Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of our website or services.

10. Termination
Either party may request termination of a project or service in accordance with the applicable agreement or by providing written notice where no specific termination procedure has been agreed.
Upon termination:
The client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Approved third-party expenses already incurred may remain payable.
Any outstanding amounts become due according to the applicable agreement.
Delivery of completed work will be subject to applicable payment obligations and project terms.
Any refund resulting from termination will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
Digiweb Solution will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and in accordance with the agreed project scope.
However, we do not guarantee that:
A website or application will be completely free from errors at all times.
A particular search-engine ranking will be achieved.
Digital marketing will generate a specific number of leads, sales, visitors, or revenue.
A project will produce a particular commercial result.
Third-party platforms or services will remain continuously available.
A specific business outcome will be achieved.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, services are provided based on the agreed scope and requirements.
